Iced Tea Women’s Balance

The best way to defy the heat is with a fresh thirst-quencher that is not too sweet. The YOGI TEA® on Ice Recipes are the key to a new, creative enjoyment of your favourite Ayurvedic tea. Today’s mix supplements the delicate YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance with a fruit-fresh touch of lemon ice cream… Ideal for hot summer days!

Ingredients
250ml YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance
1-2 scoops of lemon ice cream
Fresh mint

Preparation
Brew one cup of YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance by pouring 250 ml of boiling water directly on the tea bag and let it steep for 7 minutes. Allow the tea to cool at room temperature and then put in the refrigerator until it is properly cold. Add lemon ice cream and some mint leaves. Mix and serve with ice cubes.
